The miniaturepainting community has banded together again to help out Stichting Jarige Job in 2024! A group of miniaturepainting FREAKS have made their time and skills available to offer you a shot at winning an expertly (sometimes from awardwinning-hands?!) painted miniature, bust or sculpt! 

Not only that, a myriad of companies affiliated with arts and miniaturepainting have chose to support this cause with a giganinorstous amount of things to raffle off and giveaway! Below you will find information about:

The Raffle Rules!

For the raffle we have different tiers of tickets, each for their own category of giveaways.

• Free Giveaways:
• All you have to do to participate is to be present in the stream during the giveaway and respond when your name is called out. These come with no cost.
• Tier 1:
• These are the raffled among the owners of the €5,- tickets. As soon as you have purchased this ticket you're in for a prize and you will be contacted after the event if you're unable to be present during the streams. These prizes in general hold a bit of a higher value and are mostly sponsored by the participating companies.
• Tier 2:
• The highest value of sponsored prizes go for €10,- tickets. As soon as you have purchased this ticket you're in for a prize and you will be contacted after the event if you're unable to be present during the streams. These prizes hold the highest possible value and are sponsored by participating companies.
• Painted Miniature:
• These are painted by the highly skilled participating miniaturepainters that you might know from the community. These tickets go for €6,50 and winners per model will be contacted after the event.
• Rules when owning a ticket:
• Each ticket buys you a slot within the raffle. So the more tickets you own, the more chance you have at winning a prize.
• Once you have won a prize your tickets will be crossed off and you will have to purchase new ones in order to win more prizes.
• Owners of winning tickets will be contact through Ko-Fi! So please keep an eye on your Ko-fi messages. We will also be sharing names on here.
• 
  Any and all donations done through the tickets will be used to donate to stichting Jarige Job. (Please be aware that Paypal and banking takes a small fee when transferring the money across accounts.)

• Every child deserves a birthday!
  
  
• In the Netherlands there are children who cannot celebrate their birthday because their families cannot afford it. Stichting Jarige Job helps by giving a birthday box to these children. The birthday box contains everything needed for a great birthday celebration, at home and at school. Every year, more than 100,000 children celebrate their birthday with the help of Jarige Job! 
• Celebrating one’s birthday is very important in the Dutch culture. Children celebrate at home with presents and a wonderfully decorated chair at the breakfast table. The tradition is to also bring tasty treats to classmates and teachers at school. However, the Netherlands Institute of Social Research (SCP) found that tens of thousands of children in the Netherlands don’t celebrate their birthday because their family is short on money. 
• Children will sometimes pretend to be sick to avoid going to school without birthday treats. This can lead to social exclusion and feelings of isolation. Stichting Jarige Job helps these children by providing these families with a birthday box. The Jarige Job birthday box is worth 35 euro and includes everything needed to celebrate a birthday at home and in the classroom! The ‘Jarige Job’ (birthday boy/girl) receives at least two gifts, a book, balloons and decorations, birthday cake ingredients and candles, candy to share with friends, snacks and lemonade. 
• The boxes are sent anonymously to the families in need. Stichting Jarige Job works together with Food Banks and several foundations that aim to help children living in poverty. Stichting Jarige Job has grown significantly over the past few years. In 2020, we helped 80,000 children to celebrate their birthdays. In 2021, we sent over 82,227 birthday boxes to children living in the Netherlands. And in 2022 we reached the number of 108,990 boxes. 
• Stichting Jarige Job fully depends on financial donations and gifts from companies, funds and private doners. We have partnerships with several well-known companies. These friends include PostNL, STABILO, VolkerWessels, Perfetti, Disney, Jumbo, Hasbro and Mattel. With the help of our friends, we want to give more children a birthday to remember!
